Ed Morawski began his career in security in 1973 after a stint in the U.S. Air Force as an electronic technician. He spent two years at American Security Systems where he was a guard supervisor and then eight years at American Alarm (later Honeywell) in Cincinnati, Oh as a technician and later Central Station Manager.

Mr. Morawski then took a position as Technical Support Manager at API in Los Angeles, Ca in 1983 where he continued for the next 15 years as Director of Engineering, Director of Sales Engineering, and Installation Director until API was acquired by ADT, at which time he was Regional Installation Manager and finally Director Of Engineered System for the Western region. While at ADT he worked on such systems as the Queen Mary in Long Beach, the Ronald Regan Courthouse in Santa Ana for the U.S. Marshall Service and Air Traffic Control (TRACON) for the FAA.

In 1998 Mr. Morawski helped found UPS Security Systems where he set up a unique customer service center which performed Remote Database Management for over 350 Access Control Systems for such customers as the Irvine Company. He was also responsible for engineering of large stand alone security systems at Kia Motor Cars, Memorial Care Hospitals, City of San Diego, Los Angeles Police Department, and many others. Mr. Morawski also provided consulting services for many clients including Port of San Pedro.

In 2006 Mr. Morawski became Engineering Manager for Brassfield Communications where he was instrumental in servicing many large clients such as Kaiser Healthcare, Amgen, and the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Mr. Morawski is uniquely qualified to assess all aspects of business problems since he is very familiar with physical security and guards, as well as electronic security, computer systems, POS systems, and inventory controls. Perhaps most importantly he has the ability to put his findings into logical readable form due to his background of technical and sales training while at API.
